Phil plays a mystery game, one that you won't believe he is actually playing and playing well. Tom gives hands-on impressions of this week's big release from France, Remember Me, (and some how we do not use bad french accents or besmirch the people of France in the process).
Thank you for listening. If you like the show, consider subscribing (links to the right).
Tom and I put together a real humdinger this weekend. We clear the decks with final impressions of several games, and give you a back-end Deadly Premonition treat.
Oh and new, higher-quality audio, without a hit on your download file size.
Thanks for listening, and if you like the show tell a friend.

The Grateful Dead is, under no interpretation, "techno".
After selling out with his last review, Tom Towers is back to confuse and arouse with his esoteric review of Metro: Last Light.
"It was my own stupidity that first introduced me to the potential of the gameplay. It was the second or third time that I had ventured from the safety of the underground to the grey, dangerous drudgery of the outside world. The rain was falling heavily which meant that it was hard to see because of the thick drops of water collecting on my gas mask’s visor. I had to stop playing soon, so was in a rush. Triumphantly, I reached the climax of the level after a rather dull fight with some monsters whom—while no smarter—were at least more agile and faster than the human cannon fodder. Even so, it still came across as little more than a shooting gallery; their attack patterns predictable and easily intercepted even in the pouring rain."
But, uh, start from the beginning because power outages in the cold are hardly tantamount to sweatshop conditions.
We give some original takes on the Xbox One launch, first impressions of Deadly Premonition and and our final thoughts on Malicious, Tomb Raider 2013 and Resistance 3.

Still doodling.
We spoke about Tom's review for Resident Evil: Revelations at laserlemming.com in this week's podcast, well it is now up for all to see.
It was interesting to read how a game designed for a hand-held system could jump the chasm and be playable on PC and home consoles. It will be interesting to see if more portable games follow suit given the advanced tech in the Vita and 3DS.
Revelations is—deep down—an action adventure game and not a survival horror one; though nor is it a straight forward third person shooter in the vein of Resident Evil 5.
This image best sums up the 3DS' graphic capabilities, now brought alive on PC and the home consoles.
This week we have breaking impressions (or broken impressions really) of Resident Evil: Revelations for the PC and consoles.
Tom also gives us impressions of Metro: Last Light and we break down the week's news as well covering NPD, Nintendo Direct, EA dropping DRM and of course we make time for a KillzONE Minute. Thank You for listening.

You have to do something while recording. I doodle. Tom... well, you can probably guess.
With Halloween coming up in just five short months we decided to make out Big Show a horror special. We talk about the horror games we've played in the last month, give embargo-breaking Deadly Premonition impressions, interview a horror gaming expert and talk about our favorite horror games.
Yeah, pretty organized eh?
Pretty creepy.
Tom Towers might be a pretty self-centred guy, to the point where he talks about himself in the third person just so that he can expand his personable vocabulary beyond me, myself, and I, but sometimes he likes to talk to other people as well. On these rare occasions, the people involved are pretty damn awesome, and Joost Van Dongen just so happens to be one a pretty damn awesome person. You can read Tom Towers' utterly fascinating discourse with Joost Van Dongen here, as mentioned on Game Under Podcast Episode 4.
It's a GTA-themed show this week. Yes, we've put up another short show before next week's big monthly edition.
If you don't like GTA there is still plenty for you to listen to, we keep most of the GTA stuff before the introduction... except the introduction comes 37 minutes into the show. Bwah ha ha HA!
Oh and we also introduce our anonymous source this week.
Thanks for listening!
